 Child Rescue Centre (CRC)

The Child Rescue Centre (CRC) was established as a street-feeding program during the civil war in Sierra Leone and has since grown to become a national model for the care of at-risk children. The children and youth of the CRC are able to attend school, receive basic healthcare, actively participate in sports and other games, attend worship, and develop leadership skills. Your gift to the CRC makes it possible for the children to achieve their God-given potential, by providing them with a loving environment, nutritional support, medical care and education.

 Mercy Hospital

Mercy Hospital, located adjacent to the Child Rescue Centre, is a 25 bed primary care hospital that opened in October 2007 and now serves 900 patients each month. Mercy has grown its community outreach to include a mobile prenatal unit to address the high maternal and infant mortality rates in Sierra Leone. Your gift to Mercy Hospital helps to alleviate suffering in one of the poorest countries in the world, by making it possible for people living in Bo, Sierra Leone and the surrounding community to receive medical care, regardless of their ability to pay.
