Training 170 social workers and 24 client organizations, leadership in 1 national coalition and 3 international think-tanks for care reform advocacy.

Adequate health systems with continuity of care in poor communities is an orphan prevention strategy.
12 training sessions were held on ethical mission deployment practices. 1 UMC conference presentation on reforming orphan mission using our church conversation toolkits. 1 church distributed HCW "creating family resilience through play" guidebook to its congregants on Strong Family Sunday. 1 church utilized HCW's "ONE TWENTY-SEVEN" bible study for Advent study. |
4 churches participated in Strong Family Sunday with the Strong Family For Every Child Initiative celebrating family care for every child, everywhere, in foster care, kinship care, and birth families.In 2024, HCW continued to provide resources for church engagement in meaningful and ethical child-centered mission and family care advocacy.
