Being in our right lane means we operate where we add the most value and greatest impact. We are effective when we take on roles that we call "the seven C’s" - convener, connector, collaborator, coordinator, capacity-builder, champion, and catalyst to ensure sustainable, community-led impact without overextending our operational capacity.   That is why we facilitate, support others, and collaborate to:

1. Empower local leaders and organizations to lead their own programs in their own communities
2. Leverage our credibility and networks to attract and direct resources when and where they are most needed
3. Offer technical assistance, training, and accountability tools without controlling day-to-day operations

Most of our program allies will be found in a small country on the West Coast of Africa that hovers between being the 3rd and 4th poorest nation in the world. Our efforts in Africa, North America, and in networks across the globe bring together organizations like ours that are doing this kind of work for the benefit of children living under the most severe consequences and dangerous conditions of poverty, war, and endemic disease, and we support natural allies in that work with supports that yield demonstrable tenfold impacts. Where we can influence, we influence, where we can make direct impacts, we make direct impacts, where we can connect and bridge gaps, that's what we do. Everywhere we can, in every way we can.
