Youth Summit: The goal of the Rising Tides Youth Summit is to serve as an inspirational and foundational first touchpoint for young adults across the country, equipping them with the core principles of ethical international engagement. The summit will inspire their passion for global service and provide practical initial insights on responsible preparation, cultural humility, and partnership dynamics necessary to undertake international work well and ethically.

The goal of the Rising Tides NGO Conference is to convene organizational leaders and practitioners for an advanced, collaborative dialogue on best practices for ethical missions and international operations. The conference will focus on establishing clear standards for ethical partnerships, refining strategies for responsible mission team mobilization, and sharing proven methodologies to ensure all international activities are conducted with integrity, sustainability, and genuine respect for local communities and stakeholders.
