Em's story is a difficult one to tell. She left her home and traveled to a different country because she was promised she would go to a good school. Instead, Em was made to work hard and treated unkindly and unfairly. She escaped and found her way to the Child Reintegration Centre, a child protection agency that helped get her safely home.
